Famous among colleagues, respected by critics and loved by our guests, Chef Anatoly Ivanov is giving a fresh start to the culinary history of Crowne Plaza St.Petersburg Airport “Skylight” restaurant by updating the menu.  His new concept is inspired by the idea  to experiment both in the process of cooking and presentation of the dishes.

To create this culinary masterpiece  a new method of low-temperature  cooking is applied in addition to traditional methods . As a result the taste is incredibly delicate and rich.  To experience this please try the starter “Tender sliced veal with tuna sauce, served with tomato confit, capers and artichokes”.

As  for the dishes they are now presented with geometric shapes placed in  straight lines and angles  that is well mixed with  the traditional way of serving. For example, enjoy the look and taste of “Poached Chilean sea bass and Scottish salmon roll, served with green asparagus, tomato confit and champagne sauce”.
