From March 14 till April 30 explore lent menu prepared by Evgeniy Rystakov, Executive Chef of the Crowne Plaza St.Petersburg Airport hotel.

  • Assorted lettuce leaves and vegetables with olive oil (200/15 g) – 420 RUB
  • Minestrone (300 g) – 280 RUB
  • Dolma with tomato sauce (240 g) – 470 RUB
  • Potato cutlets with dried plums.
    Flavored with olive oil and herbs (350 g) – 300 RUB
  • Beetroot risotto with baked pumpkin (300 g) – 250 RUB
  • Cabbage rolls with vegetables.
    Served with paprika sauce (260/50 g) – 370 RUB
  • Baked apple stuffed with nuts and honey (260 g) – 290 RUB
  • Berry jelly (260 g) – 290 RUB
